Wash the car before you wax it. The wax works effectively with a freshly washed and dried vehicle.
Put the Turtle Wax on your vehicle during a cool, dry day. You don't want to apply the wax during extreme temperatures. It is ideal if you don't apply the Turtle Wax directly in the sun.
Apply the wax in a thin coat using the enclosed applicator. You can choose to put on only one coat, but a second coat should be considered as a way to get the spots that you may have missed.
Reuse the Turtle Wax several times throughout the year. You should put on a new coat at least three to four times annually.
