How To Empty Your RV Holding Tanks

The answer to this question is:
Put on latex gloves and get your sewer pipe. Before removing the cap to the tank drain opening, to ensure that the gray and black water valves are closed.

Check your sewer pipe to ensure the pipe is securely attached to the adapter attaches to the holding of exit tank drain. Remove the stopper and attach the sewer pipe, ensuring that the adapter is attached. You can find out if this is where the tabs on the adapter are aligned with the caps on the tank drain.

Insert the other end of sewer pipe in the discharge station hole about four to six inches. Use the hole coverage, a brick or something heavy enough to keep the sewer pipe in place so as not to leave the hole.

If you have a permanent reservoir mounting Rinse black, it is time to connect both the RV and discharge station water supply with a hose, then turn on the water.

Once you are sure everything is secure, pull open the water tank BLACK tap first. You hear the rush effluent pipe, begin to slow down, and finally become a whispering sound.

If you connect a black rinse tank, that the length of a minute or two to help remove solids left behind, then cut water and disconnect the hose. Now, close the black water tank drain valve by pushing the handle completely closed.

Now, open the valve reservoir gray. As in step 6, you hear the flow of water, then slow and stop. Turn off the water reservoir gray.

At this point, you're almost finished. If you want your hunting and rinse tanks once again, you can do so by filling your tank to 2 / 3 full (if you do not have a tank rinse) and repeat the drain. If others are waiting to use the discharge station, be courteous and skip this step.

Check that your black and gray water tank valves are closed and unplug the sewer pipe in your tank exit. Replace the tank exit cover.

Lift the end of sewer pipe (the end you just unplugged) completely the discharge pipe in the landfill. If a non-potable water pipe is available, run water into the sewer hose to rinse. Remove the drain pipe of the discharge hole and rinse station outside the pipe. Rinse the area around the hole to ensure that any spill was cleaned up and cover the hole discharge station.

Go to your RV and add about five gallons of water (about three empty bowl) to your black tank, then add the appropriate amount of storage tank treatment. If you use a treatment for your gray tank, do so. To do so, unless it is not a queue to use the station because it may take a few minutes to do so. If others are pending, away from the discharge station (do not forget the verge of levelling) and realize this stage in another area.
