Got to CitiBank Web site and log in to an online account CitiBank. A link is provided in the box Resources. (If you have a CitiBank and do not have online access, do so now.)
Once you are connected, go to the service center link on the blue navigation bar.
Citi Mobile Look for the link on the left.
If you do not see the link Mobile City maybe you have not set up a telephone access code. If you see the city of Mobile move along link directly to Step 9.
To establish the telephone access code then click the "Change your telephone access code."
The next screen will ask for your PIN and ATM in the next box under the heading "create a new telephone access code" will be asked to choose a password to 6 digits. Once you have done that, click on the Continue button and it will tell you if the procedure was accepted.
Log out of your account.
Log back and repeat steps 1 through 3, and you must have the Citi Mobile link.
Click on the link Citi Mobile. The page that opens asks you the name of your carrier, the make of your phone, your phone number and your telephone access code. Enter them, and confirm that you are finished.
CitiBank will you a text message on your phone and when you open it you will be able to launch the application Citi mobile that will allow you to do everything you can do with your online account, except make a transfer or " add a new beneficiary of your bill paying service.
